Dear Jen (Living with migraines),
My name is Janeen and I came across your blog while doing research on migraines for WEGO Health. As a fellow Migraineur, your blog really impressed me because of how you chronicle your daily life with migraines and the explanations you give on how you cope. Living with the pain is not an easy thing to do. I know some days it feels more like existing than living. I'm sorry you are having such a bad week.

Because your blog is written so well and gives the reader such an accurate view of life with migraines, I would love to interview you for the new “Spotlight on Community Leaders” series on WEGO Health. I'm hoping to learn more about your motivation and goals and then share your story with our community. Please let me know if this is something you would be interested in. I’d be happy to give you more details. Our mission at WEGO Health is to help people find the best health information. I think your blog fits into that profile for our migraine community perfectly.
I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

Best Regards,

Janeen Zumerling

I read about a new dental thing that is supposed to help with migraines, and I was wondering if you have ever used one, or if the clinic you go to has any info on them? It's abbreviated NTI-tss and is like a bite thing you wear at night to limit grinding your teeth.

Thanks! It went well, and I am glad to be continuing my care with this group, knowing that they get what it means to have migraines and seek to treat the whole person and not just the condition.
