Heading into the tough week
Next week will be four weeks from the last hard week, so I’m doing all I can to keep things at an even keel. I need to remember to take the Frova starting maybe Monday evening. Food;s been good, water’s been good, exercise has been good, sleep’s been good. So I’m doing basically all I can on my end to stay in control of things.

It sounds as if you are doing quite well. I am reading your blog whenever I get a chance so I can borrow some of your tips. Even though it seems my neurologist is correct that I am having rebound headaches, I need to be proactive about preventing them. They sure hurt like the dickens! Good luck and I will add you to my prayer list.

Being proactive is important. For me, it’s a psychological thing as much as anything. I hate feeling like my life is out of my control. I may not be able to control migraine 100%, but at least I can take power over those things that do fall into my control! And then, when the migraine does hit, at least I know I did what I could to prevent or mitigate it, through diet, exercise, meds, etc.
Good luck to you, too.
