Slipped up a little today
Up until today, I have been feeling pretty good about my food, water and coffee. I’ve been having more balanced breakfasts, using a little more soy and a little less dairy and easing off on the coffee. Today I realized that I didn’t finish my snack, I didn’t drink all of my water and I had a half a cup of coffee after lunch. Surprise, surprise - I didn’t feel so great this afternoon as I was running around to this appointment and that.
But I think it was a good wake-up call, and so on that note, I’m off to bed to try and get some sleep. Tomorrow will be a better day in terms of taking care of myself.
