I was able to go trick-or-treating Tuesday night and by Wednesday morning I was feeling OK again.  It’s always such a relief when I feel like I escape a full-blown migraine and don’t have my time (life!) robbed from me whilst suffering.  It’s now Thursday evening, and aside from feeling very tired, I’m feeling pretty good.  I’ve been rather worried about a few meetings and such that I have (had) today and tomorrow, but I guess I’m handling the stress alright if I’m not in the throes of a migraine.  Progress on the coping front, perhaps?  I’m eating better during the day than I have in a very long time: breakfast every morning, protein snack mid-morning, healthy, well-balanced lunch, mid-afternoon snack and healthy dinner.  I still have my coffee every morning, but I usually don’t have any after 10:00 a.m. or so.  Maybe my eating patterns are helping me manage the headaches better.
