This week was pretty good up until Thursday evening. While sitting at dinner I felt a headache start up. It continued through the the next day and into the evening, but it never got too bad. I was able to go to work and to ballet, so while it hurt to some extent, I was at least able to go on with my normal activities. It’s now Saturday morning and I feel pretty good. Let’s hope it continues - I’ve got a lot going on this weekend!

Living with migraines …
You seem to suffer from “weekend migraines” or “tension migraine”. I suggest you relax throughout the week. Try learning some relaxation techniques - (I found breathing exercises helped me).
Read: Living with Migraine by Linda Pendergast. - excellent book and a great help. This is written in a style which is easy to read and understand. It was written with the assistance of Professor Lance - Australian leader in Migraine research.
