Living with migraines ...
You seem to suffer from "weekend migraines" or "tension migraine". I suggest you relax throughout the week. Try learning some relaxation techniques - (I found breathing exercises helped me).
Read: Living with Migraine by Linda Pendergast. - excellent book and a great help. This is written in a style which is easy to read and understand. It was written with the assistance of Professor Lance - Australian leader in Migraine research.
