Don’t want to jinx things but…
Dare I say it? I’ve been feeling *better*. Are the 13 pills I take every day actually working? Aside from my one prescription, everything else is either a vitamin, a mineral or a supplement of some sort. I started all of this about three weeks ago.
I’m off of hormonal birth control, and I’m hoping that will offer some relief, or at least raise my threshold a bit.
I’m not following the program yet as well as I ought to be, but I’m making progress. I’m eating a bit more in the way of fresh fruits and vegetables every day. I still need to get in a 20 minute walk outside every day. You’d think that would be easy, but I’ve been remiss in doing it.
