2 this week, feeling pretty frustrated
Saturday, March 20th, 2004I’ve had two bad ones this week. One came on Wednesday afternoon but was gone by Thursday morning. It was BAD Wednesday night, however, and two Maxalts didn’t get rid of it. Friday around noon another one came on, and now it’s 7 p.m. on Saturday evening and it is finally starting to break. I’m thinking that I need to get even more aggressive about these damn headaches. I don’t know what I’m going to do. I’m looking into yoga or something similar to help with on-going stress management. If I could afford weekly massages I would try that, but I can’t. I’m also going to up my water intake even more. I drank a ton of water a couple of weeks ago when I had a UTI I was trying to get rid of and didn’t have a headache that week. Could easily be a coincidence, but it’s worth a shot.
