Good, Until Today

I have been having a really good week and a half. No headaches at all! That includes driving to and from my parents’ house (a 4 hour drive each way). I’ve been continuing to watch what I eat, drinking less coffee and more water. But now today, I feel one starting, and I’m betting it’s because I slept terribly last night and am overtired today. I stayed up until 1:30 or midnight, only to have my daughter wake up around 3:45 a.m. with gas pains. She came to bed with us and would settle down, then cry out, then settle down again, then cry out again…over and over again, until at least 5 this morning. My husband and I are vowing to go to bed early tonight, assuming our princess lets us. Something I am going to read about this week is vitamins and minerals and particular combinations and dosages that may help prevent migraines. I’ve heard that magnesium and one or more B vitamins can be useful. I’m going to get out a couple of my natural healing books as well as my migraine book and see what I can figure out, and then come up with a plan of action.
