Twelve Angry Men
Saturday, March 8th, 2008We went to a matinee of Twelve Angry Men at the Performing Artscenter. This is such a great play, and I remember reading it in school and again last summer. Its one of those plays that is just timeless. This production had John-Boy in the role of Juror Eight, the role that was played by Henry Fonda in the film. I don’t mean John-Boy, I mean Richard Thomas. John-Boy was such a seminal role he will always be associated with it, and he still has that boyish look. He was excellent as was the entire cast. Twelve Angry Men was written over fifty years ago, and it still illustrates truths about America and they way people think.
