Notes From Under the House

I’ll be a first time matza balls soup eater on Saturday. I’m going with some friends and I may also try the latkes, although I’m not too fond of potato pancakes. Speaking of food, I bought a duck…to eat.  I don’t know what possessed me (maybe the fact it was on sale?), but I’m looking for ways to cook it. I’ve eaten duck before, a long time ago.  I think it was an orange duck at some fancy restaurant, and I remember it being really greasy. Either I’ll cook it and/or give it to my uncle. He loves duck.
