Comparison Grocery Shopping

I went to the new Whole Foods that opened up near us.  The thing about Whole Foods for me is that I get overwhelmed in there.  There’s so much to see.  It’s like a department store; everything is beautifully displayed and EXPENSIVE.  I have to shop in increments.  I think my eyes are bigger than my pocketbook.

I still love Trader’s Joe’s, though.  But I have to say, Henry’s is bubbling right underneath.  Henry’s is the right size, with a nice balance of organic and conventional foods.  Plus, if you shop on Wednesday’s, not only do you have this week’s coupons but you can use the previous week’s coupons as well.  And I feel the staff and clientele are a heck of a lot friendlier.

There’s a Wholesome Choice store and international food court around the corner from work.  A group of us are planning on having lunch there next week.  I’ll have to do a little comparison shopping while I’m there.

Addendum: Thank you to Jen for posting a very timely (for me) article on back pain on DT.  It was very informative.
