Notes From Under the House

I had to go up to L.A. today for a (waste of time) seminar. I am so sick and tired of seeing graffiti. These people mark up buildings like dogs mark their territory. I realize not all taggers are gang members, some of them are bratty rich kids thinking they’re “down” as well. Anyone who goes around marking up buildings - private and community property - needs to have their butt locked up. It’s offensive, it’s ugly, and it’s disrespectful.  

And who in their right mind risks their life to get up on the freeway overpass to write that sh*t?  

They have cameras to catch people who run red lights, but they can’t come up with a way to catch these punks? 

Even the “art” they have on the walls on the freeway is ugly. I don’t care if they’ve hired “artists” to paint a rainbow of nationalities to represent so Cal. It’s gaudy.    

If they want to paint something so badly, they can spray paint the inside of a juvenile detention center.   

Seeing that and being stuck in traffic has put me in a foul mood.
